As part of the PPP Convention signed by Xcell Group SA's parent company, Xcell Security House and Finance S.A, the Government of Guinea is granting strategically and required land to Xcell for consumer based projects. One of these projects consist of the construction renewal of 5 regional Airport in the Republic of Guinea. Along with the contructions renewal, adjacent projects such as a commercial development and industrial zones will be built and managed by Xcell Group SA's parent company under the PPP Convention with the Republic of Guinea.

In addition with the Regional Airports built and managed by Xcell Guinée Aéroports Nationaux et Commercial SA, the Government of Guinea has requested Xcell to build the new International Airport of the Republic of Guinea in the capital (Conakry). Conakry new International Airport, Phase 1, will be built in accordance with international norms and regulations. The new International Airport of Conakry will be built by Xcell Guinée Conakry Aéroport International SA, the subsidiary of Xcell-Guinea Corporation SA.
