Xcell Guinée Gaz Naturel SA will be the company in charge of exploring, developing and exploiting the Natural Gas found in the territory of the Republic of Guinea in order to supply all projects being developed by Xcell Guinea Corporation SA,  including the football stadiums, airports, shopping centers and industrial centers, and related infrastructure throughout the national territory as well as supply to other entities in cooperation with the State depending on production targets.
